As one of the only designers to offer free alterations (up to $25/suit), Indochino is committed to helping you attain the perfect fitting suit.  With the help of a competent personal tailor, we encourage tweaking orders to your ideal size, it is well worth the effort.  You may also be surprised about how much of a difference a good tailor can actually make.

And remember, once your profile is updated, future purchases are easy: Point, click, buy!  You may never visit the tailor again.

The process is simple: 
1. Print off our alteration sheet.
2. Get product(s) adjusted by your local tailor.
3. Go through our ‘Redeem your alteration credit’ process.
4. Indochino will refund the amount to your card or account within one week.

Alteration Credit Details:

-Every Indochino suit, jacket, and shirt comes with up to $25 of free alterations.
-Alterations can be redeemed up to one month (30 days) after purchase.
-Alteration credits will only be redeemed if a customer has gone through the ‘Redeem your alteration credit’ process on the site.
-Once an Indochino garment is altered, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

RETURNS

Before deciding to return your Indochino order, please review our free alterations policy (we cover the first $25 of every suit). You may be surprised at the level of adjustment a skilled tailor can make to a suit or shirt. 

Indochino will accept returns for legitimate reasons if they are shipped to us within one week of you receiving an order.

The process is as follows:
1. Print out and fill in our Return Form*.
2. Ship the order back to Indochino head office.

3. Indochino will issue a full refund upon receipt and review of the returned order (within one week of arrival to head office).

*Please ensure to fully fill out and include the return form in the package.

Return Policy Details (read carefully!):

- To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be shipped to Indochino within one week (7 days) of ordering.
- Indochino will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition.  Indochino has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
-Indochino will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
-All returned packages must include a return form.

*Any Package received at the Indochino head office that does not meet the following requirements will be sent back to the client without refund.
