Over the past seven years, INDOCHINO created, launched and has expanded to 87 showrooms, employing over 600 people globally, with another 2200 people working daily in INDCOHINO’s factories in China, to produce the one of a kind garments each INDOCHINO customer creates.

Previously recognized as top 40 under 40, as well as CEO of the year, Green has been recognized for his accomplishments throughout his career. In 2019 Canadian Business announced that between 2015-2019, INDOCHINO was #1 fastest growing Canadian retailer, with sales globally, and 3rd fastest growing retailer in Canada, amongst retailers with revenues over $100M. Prior to INDOCHINO, Green founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Canada’s first multi-merchant marketplace, which is now owned by EMERGE COMMERCE, (TSXV: ECOM). Throughout his career, Drew has played key leadership roles at companies that have created billions in shareholder value through leadership roles at DoubleClick (acquired by Google), SHOP.COM (acquired by Market America) and Flontwork (acquired by DoubleClick).

As Chief Operating Officer, Morgan is responsible for leading the financial operations and strategy at INDOCHINO. Joining after an eight-year tenure at Lululemon Athletica, Morgan has broad experience in a fast paced, omni-channel retail environment. She most recently led the finance team responsible for new market entry, as well as the ongoing financial compliance related to Lululemon's global expansion efforts. Responsibilities in this role included driving financial strategy around corporate structure, accountability for reporting, analyzing and communicating the financial results and key performance indicators of the company's subsidiaries to key stakeholders including local directors and corporate senior management, and ensuring compliance aspects were met including external reporting, financial audits, corporate tax compliance and other governance activities. In this, and other roles, Morgan has partnered closely with IT teams to develop, implement and manage systems that support the financial reporting and analysis needs of the company. Prior to Lululemon, Morgan worked for Ernst and Young LLP focusing on SEC registered clients in the Technology and Communications sector. Morgan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and received her Bachelor of Science, Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.

Alex Buhler is a leading IT Executive with more than 20 years of experience in data driven, fast paced environments. Prior to INDOCHINO, he was the Chief Technology Officer of Clearly, formerly clearly contacts, where he implemented business driven processes and system enhancements that improved customer experience, web sales and performance.

From 2011 to 2017 Alex was the Chief Information Officer at Mountain Equipment Co-op where he established the enterprise-wide IT strategy to enhance member experience, increase sales and facilitate growth. While at MEC, he implemented a full relaunch of its ecommerce site, created a #1 rated iPhone app, and led the team to improve the omni-channel experience and be recognized with Canada Post’s e-commerce innovation award for Best Multi-channel retailer – Large in 2012.

Alex has been on the Board of Directors of the CIO Association of Canada Vancouver chapter for thirteen years, four as President. This group focuses on mentoring and developing current and future senior IT leaders. He also serves on the Governing Body of Gartner’s Evanta BC CIO Executive summit. He has presented and/or moderated executive boardrooms on many occasions.

As Chief Financial Officer, Vanessa is responsible for leading the financial operations and strategy at INDOCHINO. Vanessa Pillay is an accomplished and highly motivated global, multinational business executive with over 18 years of experience in the financial and technology sectors with a proven track record in achieving positive business results by developing strategic business alliances and processes, and improving operations through effective team and project management.

She brings expertise in areas of revenue expansion, strategic planning, business development and growth, human resources, financial stability and IT management. Vanessa has a proven track record of increasing sales and expanding market share while successfully motivating, leading and training cross-functional teams towards success.

Responsibilities in this role include driving financial strategy, delivering complex financial services, creating growth plans, making financial projections, developing new business, monitoring financial activities, and directing the staff for attaining financial goals.

Her ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels of the organization comes from her believe in putting the team at the centre to drive change and create a dynamic environment.
Prior to INDOCHINO, Vanessa led the finance team at Microsoft South Africa with previous executive finance roles at Standard Bank PBB South Africa and Sun Microsystems South Africa. Vanessa is a Chartered Accountant in South Africa CA(SA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, CPA(CA) achieving her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the University of Natal, South Africa. .

Dean leads INDOCHINO's exceptional showroom experience in more than 50 locations across North America. His 25 years in the apparel industry include pivotal roles with Club Monaco, Esprit and Bata Shoes where he sharpened his expertise in operations, visual merchandising, store design and retail marketing. Dean has architected INDOCHINO's transition from clicks to bricks, spearheading its real–estate and expansion strategy, and is also responsible for the overall aesthetic vision of the showrooms.

As Vice President of Operations, Aly is responsible for leading supply chain and strategic relationships at INDOCHINO including corporate sales and partnerships. Prior to joining INDOCHINO, Aly spent nearly 14 years working with prominent Canadian brands RBC Royal Bank and Shaw Communications - overseeing areas that included Customer Experience, Sales and Learning & Development implementing extensive culture, performance and revenue generating programs.

Upon joining INDOCHINO in 2016, Aly focused on building the Customer Experience department and strategy to ensure a strong foundation for years to come. In addition to this, Aly has built INDOCHINO's Corporate Sales and Partnerships channel which enables small, medium, and large businesses to take full advantage of made to measure suiting experiences across North America. In recent years, Aly has also developed and activated significant brand awareness campaigns within the world of Sports & Entertainment aligning the INDOCHINO brand with the likes of Chris Paul, Trevor Lawrence and annually, at the NBA Draft.
