Indochino accepts all credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners cards. We are fully integrated with PayPal, so you can pay by Debit Card as well. Payment by credit cards do NOT require a PayPal account except if you're paying with debit card.

Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order only if you send changes to service@indochino.com before your order is processed. Once your order is manufactured or shipped, no changes can be made. However, we will try our best!
What shipping options do you offer?
Every Indochino order comes with free 2-3 day shipping, ensuring your suit arrives within two weeks of ordering. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Why is there no Tax or Tariff Charges on my order?
Indochino.com includes shipping, tax, and tariff costs in the prices of all its products. The price you see is all you will have to pay to get that tailor-made men's suit to your door.
Why does the item price change when I change my country selection?
Our prices include taxes and tariffs, which vary from country to country. In order to offer you competitive pricing, we adjust our prices to your location.
What if my suit does not fit?
Indochino.com offers a perfect fit guarantee on all its suits. Any suit ordered with us will be eligible for $25 of Alterations or can be returned for a full refund. Read our alterations and returns policy for more details.
What is your policy on returns?
Indochino.com will accept unworn suits and apparel that are shipped back to Indochino.com within one week of ordering. Read our return policy for more details.
