Every Indochino purchase is backed by our Perfect Fit Promise. If your order is anything less than perfect, take it to a local alteration service and have it adjusted on us.
All Indochino products are tailored to your exact measurements and occasionally they may require a slight adjustment to achieve a perfect fit. If this is the case, Indochino offers an alteration credit of up to $75 to put towards local tailoring.
To adjust your suit and claim your credit, please follow these steps:
Use the visual guide to help you understand the ways a suit can be altered by an alteration service. Please note that alterations will also depend on the experience and expertise of your tailor.
Have your tailor indicate on our alteration form how many inches were added or removed from each area to make a perfect fit.
Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your alteration credit. You will also be asked to upload a photographed or scanned copy of your receipt as well as input the measurement changes made by your tailor.
You can apply for an alteration credit within 30 days of your order being shipped. Once processed, your credit will appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 days.
Please note that if items were purchased with a gift certificate, Groupon coupon or LivingSocial coupon, the coupon code will be reimbursed for your alteration credit before another payment source.
On the rare occasion your suit cannot be altered, Indochino will remake it for you. To apply for a remake, please submit a remake application within 14 days of your order being shipped for our customer service team to review.
Indochino reserves the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Items cannot be remade based on customization changes. Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.
Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade and you may be asked for an alternative fabric for your remake order.
