In the rare case your suit is deemed to be unalterable, we will remake it for you. If your suit was not what you expected, return it for a full refund
We offer a $75 alterations credits
To help customers achieve the perfect fit, Indochino offers an alterations credit of up to $75. To adjust your suit and claim your credit, follow these steps:
- Refer to the "Your Measurements" form that accompanied your order. If you have misplaced this form, please login to My Accounts to retrieve a new copy.
- Take your measurement form and suit to your tailor. Have them advise and adjust your suit to the ideal size. Instruct your tailor to mark up your measurement form.
- Go to 'Modify Your Measurements' under My Accounts and update your measurements for future purchases.
Indochino will review and issue you a refund of the tailoring fees within 48 hours of submission.
You are entitled to apply for an alterations credit within one month after receiving your order.

Remake
If your tailor deems the suit to be unalterable, Indochino will gladly remake your suit free of charge. All remake applications are carefully reviewed carefully and processed by our knowledgeable customer support staff.
