How do gift certificates work?Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Certificate Number. Indochino is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. At any time, you can view your gift certificate balance.
How can I pay for my order?Indochino offers two payment options:
- Visa/MasterCard - Using Helcium Gateway- A SSL encrypted credit card processor, Indochino can accept your Visa or MasterCard.
- PayPal- Offered in addition to the Indochino credit card processor; PayPal is a secure form to pay and used by millions of people daily, PayPal is a heavily encrypted third party payment processor. Greatly accommodating, PayPal accepts all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners cards). It also allows for debit card and eCheque purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.

Can I make changes to my order?You can make changes to your order only if you send a detailed email to info@indochino.com before your order status is changed to "Sent to Tailor" Once your order is manufactured or shipped, no changes can be made.
What shipping options do you offer?Every Indochino order comes with free 2-3 day shipping. There are rare cases where additional charges may be requested for unique destinations; however, this happens only in exceedingly rare cases. All Indochino orders will arrive to your specified location within two weeks of ordering. Indochino is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Can your suits be tailored for big guys or big fit or even for the kids?Indochino products are hand tailored according to the submitted measurements. So no problem with regards to the big measurements or small ones.
Can I manage multiple measurements from one account?We are now requiring our Indochino clients to input separate measurements for the different outfits in our efforts to getting a better fit for all our clients.
My order had been in a pending status since yesterday. Why?All the unsuccessful orders will go to "pending" orders automatically. Please check your credit status to see whether the payment has gone through or not. You can also email us and we will send you an invoice through Paypal. Please follow the instructions, and you can pay by either credit card or through your Paypal account.
Do you have any dicounts for bulk orders?We currently offer 10% off if you order more than 5 suits, and for each suit, that includes a FREE shirt. Please email us when you are ready, and our Concierge will provide you with a time-limited coupon code.
