Indochino will accept returns if postmarked within one week of receiving your order.
Print off Indochino's return form and include it in your shipment to one of our global headquarters. Upon receipt, we will review the contents of your return, and issue a refund. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of your return.

To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be postmarked to Indochino within one week (7 days) of a customer receiving their order.
Indochino will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. Indochino has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
Indochino will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
All returned orders must include a return form.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.Any item received at Indochino's headquarters. If you would like to be refunded earlier, please send us an email with a shipping receipt as proof, and we'll process your return immediately.
Any package received at the Indochino head office that does not meet the following requirements will be sent back to the client without refund.
