Measure your neck around your adams apple. The tape measure should be comfortably fitted—not too tight, not too loose. This applies to all measurements.
Measure from shoulder to shoulder, following the natural curvature of your back, without adjusting your posture. Please refer to the video.
Measure your bicep at the widest point without flexing your muscles.
Measure your arm from the edge of your shoulder to the start of your hand. Please refer to the video.
Measure your wrist around the wrist bone.
Measure your torso from the base of your neck straight down to the center of your thumb’s proximal phalanx (the bone beneath your top knuckle). Please refer to the video.
Measure your chest around the nipples without puffing it out.
Measure your stomach around the belly button without sucking it in.
Measure your waist around the waistline (four fingers below your belly button). Please note: Your measurement may differ from your regular pant size.
Measure your hips around the widest point of your bum.
Measure your leg from the side of your waistline to the floor and subtract one inch.
Measure your crotch from the back of your waistline to the front of your waistline. Please refer to the video.
Measure your thigh around the widest point without flexing your muscles.
Measure your knee around the kneecap.
