Lin Kai, VP Operations
Born only a few blocks from Indochino’s Chinese headquarters, Lin Kai is actually the son of one of our master tailors! Fully immersed in the intricacies of tailoring from a young age, Lin Kai has intimate knowledge of the anatomy of a quality suit. In charge of Indochino’s quality control and community development departments, Lin Kai ensures Indochino’s operation produces consistently great product.
Angie Ye, VP Online Marketing and Services
An English Major (and French Minor) from the University of Shanghai ensures Angie is the best linguist on the team. A former account rep for one of the premier Chinese website companies, Angie now oversees Indochino’s online marketing and customer service departments.

Jackson, Indochino's first partner tailor.
Jackson has a knack for making you smile, a combination of cheesy broken English jokes and a priceless smile (he kinda looks like the Chinese actor Chow Yum Fat). A native of Suzhou province, Jackson came to Shanghai to start his tailoring business in the early 80’s. Fast turn around and excellent quality have earned Jackson great respect from the local business community and many tourists who frequent his shop. Jackson currently lives on the 23 floor of a relatively new high rise near his boutique with his wife (also a skilled Indochino tailor) and two children.

Chen, The Master.
In the Chinese tailoring business, there are suit sales people (the people who try and sell you a suit) and master tailors (the people who actually make them). Chen is the latter. Surprisingly difficult to track down, Chen provides his services to a very select group of high end suit reps. A true master of his trade, Chen lives among his suits: cutting fabric, testing buttons, reviewing stitch work, and developing his aspiring master tailors.

Fong, Mr. Details.
Down a quiet side street, Fong’s workshop (the lower level of his house) has no signs or indicators. Only working a well developed local clientele, Fong can rely on his reputation to bring him business. Approaching us in the early days, Fong (and more so his wife who, secretly, is actually the better tailor) played a major role in developing and refining the partnership system Indochino uses. A quiet, detailed oriented man; you can always find Fong enjoying a cup of tea outside his place around 2:15 in the afternoon.
