Well gents now you can have the best of both worlds: bespoke couture at mainstream price. There is an online men's custom suit designer called Indochino that will custom-make a suit to your liking according to your measurements, all at a very reasonable price.

Does Saville Row needs disrupting? The guys behind Indochina think so, devising an web-based tailoring service that will deliver a bespoke suit to you in two weeks . . .

Vucko pitches Indochino as the Zara of men's tailored clothing, comparing the fast-fashion behemoth with his own business model of merchandise that turns regularly. The site launched a range of evening suits and tuxedos timed . . .

We have all had buddies come back from trips to the Far East with a fresh wardobe of perfectly cut custom suits and shirts and a story about how outrageously inexpensive it all was.  And many of us reacted with jealousy to such stories . . .

Where can I get an affordable custom-made suit?  I get this question often and although I can recommend tailors in my own city, it's hard to answer in a way that will be of interest across the country.

Whether you ear five or six figures, the thought of purchasing a custom tailored suit seems a bit daunting.  We empathize.  They're expensive, require multiple visits to the tailor, and take a month to produce.  Frankly, more commitment than you, or we, have time for. . .

For cash-strapped, socially conscious consumers, it sounds like a dream come true: a designer knock-off suit, crafted in sweatshop-free conditions by indie tailors in China, costing $200 to $450, including shipping and alterations . . .

Couture isn't just for fabulously rich women, you know. Gents, admit it, you've daydreamed about strutting into the office in that perfectly tailored Hugo Boss suit, but you never really delved into the possibility for financial reasons . . .

I've upped Indochino as a "great suit for under $500" in the past, and I figured, hey, I should put my money where my mouth is. . .
