Indochino garments are made-to-order and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks via DHL.
Indochino takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Indochino Gift Cards.
What currency is used for transactions?
Canadian Dollars are used when shopping online within Canada (excluding Quebec) or in our Canadian showrooms. US Dollars are used when shopping online (within Quebec or anywhere else in the world) or in our American showrooms. Australian Dollars are used when shopping within Australia.
Will there be sales tax on my order?
If you live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington you will be charged applicable sales tax. If you live in Canada, you will be charged provincially applicable PST/HST/GST. If you live elsewhere, you will not be charged sales tax. If you live in Australia Tax is included within the price.

How do I use my gift card?
Enter the unique code on the back of your card (or in your email if you received an Email Gift Card) at checkout.
Can I use two coupons at once?
No, you can’t use two coupons at once, but you can use gift cards and coupons together.
I live outside of the United States and I want to use Klarna, why can’t I?
Klarna is currently only available to our US Customers. We hope to have the payment option available to Canadian customers in the next few months. Please note you must have both a US billing address and a US shipping address to use Klarna.
Will paying with Klarna delay my INDOCHINO order?
No—it doesn't take longer than 24 hours for your payment request to be reviewed by Klarna, which isn’t enough time to affect our 2-week delivery promise. Just remember to submit your measurements and customizations as soon as possible so we can get your order into production.
Klarna declined my payment but I still want to place my order, what are the next steps?
If Klarna is unable to approve your payment request, they will notify you of the decision and reason. If you would like to discuss your payment review with Klarna, please contact them directly at 1-844-552-7621 or head over to www.klarna.com/us/customer-service for assistance. Additionally, you will receive an email from INDOCHINO with the next steps regarding your order.
