Indochino garments are made-to-order and delivered within 4-6 weeks* via Fedex.

Free Shipping

Indochino offers free shipping in North America on orders over $150. On orders under $150, Indochino charges a flat rate of $20. Gift cards, tailor’s kits, and tape measures ship for free, but are not counted toward the $150 free shipping threshold.

Global

Indochino ships all over the world via Fedex. For shipments outside of North America, shipment fees, taxes and duties are not covered.*

Indochino garments are made-to-order and delivered right to your door within 4-6 weeks.

* Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may take up to 6 weeks.

* Indochino does not ship to Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Faroe Islands, Greece, Iran, Ireland, Russia, Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Uganda, and Uruguay.


  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery on complete orders will be in 4-6 weeks.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    Fedex. We’ll email you tracking info when your order ships.

  • How much is shipping?

    Free on orders over $150. Otherwise, $20.

  • Will I have to pay extra customs charges?

    Prices reflected on INDOCHINO.com include shipping charges and any duty/customs charges within North America unless expressly stated otherwise. If you’re asked to pay any customs charges on your order within North America, please contact our Customer Experience Team with the respective proof of payment. Additional charges may apply for duty and/or customs for addresses outside of North America and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

  • Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

    Not at the moment, but we’re looking into changing that.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Give us a call at 1 (855) 334-0788 or shoot us an email at help@indochino.com, preferably before your order ships. If it’s already in transit, Fedex can only reroute it within the same country and they’ll charge you $10 by electronic invoice.

  • Does Fedex require a signature on delivery?

    Yep. They’re fancy that way.

  • Can I rush my order?

    Unfortunately, no. You can’t rush greatness.

  • Fedex requires me to fill out a 5106 form, what do I do?

    You may be asked to fill out a standard 5106 form if you are importing goods from another country. For more information, give Fedex a call at 1 (800) 463-3339.

  • Will I have to pay taxes?

    Depending on where you ship to or if you change your shipping destination, you may be required to pay additional taxes or duties based on the taxation requirements of the destination.
