Indochino offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 USD ($165 AUD). For orders under $150 USD ($165 AUD), Indochino charges a flat rate of $20. Gift cards, Tailor’s Kits and tape measures ship on us, but are not counted towards the $150 ($165 AUD) free shipping threshold.


Indochino ships all over the world via DHL. For shipments outside of the US, Canada and Australia, all related taxes and duties are not covered.*

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once you complete your order, and given there are no garment measurements or payment delays, it will take about 10 days in production and 3-5 business days in shipping. We do our best to make sure you receive your order within 2 weeks, but cannot guarantee this as delays in shipping or production may impact this timeline.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    Our shipping partner DHL is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships.

  • How much is shipping?

    Free on orders over $150 USD ($165 AUD). Otherwise, $20.

  • Will I have to pay extra customs charges?

    For orders shipping to the US, Canada and Australia, you won’t have to pay any additional customs charges.

    For addresses outside of the US, Canada and Australia, all required taxes, VAT, import or excise duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their specific country.

    If you’re asked to pay any customs charges on your order within the US, Canada and Australia, please contact our Customer Experience team and we will resolve this issue for you. Do not pay any duties prior to contacting Customer Experience.

  • Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO / DPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

    At the moment we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Before your order ships:
    Please contact our Customer Experience team and we'll help you out.

    After you order has shipped:
    If it’s already in transit, you can update your delivery address by using DHL's On Demand Delivery (ODD) or email indochino@DHL.com. Once your order ships, DHL can only reroute it within the same country.

  • Does DHL require a signature on delivery?

    We sure do. Your garments are made just for you and we want to make sure you receive them.

  • Can I rush my order?

    No — you can’t rush greatness.

  • Can I get expedite my delivery?

    Our delivery method with DHL is already as fast as it can be.

  • Why do you need my phone number for delivery?

    We require your phone number so that DHL can contact you during delivery if any issues arise. DHL offers their On Demand Delivery (ODD) through SMS text messages so you are able to make last minute changes to your delivery if required.

  • Where is your head office?

    Indochino HQ is located at 720 Robson St. Unit 300, Vancouver B.C., V6Z 1A1.

  • Will I have to pay taxes?

    Depending on where your order ships to, you will be required to pay additional taxes based on the taxation requirements of the destination.
