Chief Executive Officer, President, Director
Drew Green is an award-winning Chief Executive Officer, entrepreneur, and expert in starting and managing
high-growth companies. A visionary leader, Green has created one of the world’s fastest growing apparel
brands. Between 2015-2026, he established over $120M in strategic capital commitments for INDOCHINO from
Madrona Venture Partners, Highland Consumer, Dayang Group, Mitsui & Co. (TSE: 8031) and Postmedia Network
(TSX: PNC.B) and has secured partnerships with hundreds of celebrities and professional athletes, along with
MLB, NHL, NBA and NFL teams.
Previously nominated as top 40 under 40, as well as CEO of the year, Green has been recognized for his
accomplishments throughout his career. In 2017 Green was awarded the Lifetime Innovation in Retail award. In
2018 he was awarded Retailer of the Year by Chain Store Age, and in 2019 Green was selected as The
Entrepreneur of the Year, by Ernst and Young, and in 2025 Drew received the King Charles Coronation Medal
from the federal government for his achievements in business and in the community, and then in 2026
INDOCHINO was recognized and added to Deloitte’s Best Managed Company program. In 2019 Canadian Business
announced that between 2015-2019, INDOCHINO was #1 fastest growing Canadian retailer, with sales globally,
and 3rd fastest growing retailer in Canada, amongst retailers with revenues over $100M. In 2025 INDOCHINO
was nominated for Best Managed Company Award by Deloitte.
Prior to INDOCHINO, Green founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Canada’s first multi-merchant
marketplace, which is now owned by SHOPIFY. Throughout his career, Drew has held leadership roles at
companies that have created billions in shareholder value through leadership roles at Flo Network
(DoubleClick). DoubleClick (acquired by Google), and SHOP.COM, (acquired by Market America) amongst others.
Drew served as Chairman of the Canadian Elite Basketball League and became an owner of the Scarborough Shooting Stars and the CEBL in 2024. He serves as a board member at York University, his alma mater. Through THE DREW GREEN AWARD, established by York University and the University of British Columbia, Drew awards annual scholarships to student athletes at both institutions.

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Vanessa is responsible for leading the financial operations and strategy at
INDOCHINO.
Vanessa Pillay is an accomplished and highly motivated global, multinational business executive with over 18
years of experience in the financial and technology sectors with a proven track record in achieving positive
business results by developing strategic business alliances and processes, and improving operations through
effective team and project management.
She brings expertise in areas of revenue expansion, strategic planning, business development and growth,
human resources, financial stability and IT management. Vanessa has a proven track record of increasing
sales and expanding market share while successfully motivating, leading and training cross-functional teams
towards success.
Responsibilities in this role include driving financial strategy, delivering complex financial services,
creating growth plans, making financial projections, developing new business, monitoring financial
activities, and directing the staff for attaining financial goals.
Her ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, establish credibility, trust and partnership at all
levels of the organization comes from her believe in putting the team at the centre to drive change and
create a dynamic environment.
Prior to INDOCHINO, Vanessa led the finance team at Microsoft South Africa with previous executive finance
roles at Standard Bank PBB South Africa and Sun Microsystems South Africa. Vanessa is a Chartered Accountant
in South Africa CA(SA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, CPA(CA) achieving her Bachelor of
Commerce (Honours) at the University of Natal, South Africa.
GABRIELA ANTONESCU
GABRIELA ANTONESCU
Vice President, Technology
Gabriela Antonescu is a technology executive with a strong track record of leading complex digital
ecosystems, scaling engineering organizations, and aligning technology strategy with business growth. As
Vice President of Technology at INDOCHINO, Gabriela leads the company’s end-to-end technology function,
overseeing architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and delivery across a global e-commerce and retail
platform.
In this role, she defines and executes the technology strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and
seamless integration across Ecommerce, Retail, ERP, and third-party systems. Gabriela is responsible for
driving architectural evolution, simplifying complex systems, and enabling efficient, high-quality delivery
in a fast-paced environment with competing business priorities. Her leadership bridges technical execution
with business objectives, ensuring that technology investments directly support customer experience and
company growth.
Known for a results-oriented leadership style, Gabriela operates effectively across both strategic planning
and hands-on execution. She leads cross-functional teams, manages dynamic roadmaps, and ensures consistent
delivery while maintaining operational stability. Her work has been instrumental in improving system
resilience, streamlining development processes, and supporting the company’s continued expansion.
Prior to INDOCHINO, Gabriela spent nearly a decade at Clearly, where she held senior technical and
leadership roles supporting core business systems. She led and contributed to the development and
optimization of ERP and backend platforms, fulfillment systems, and critical integrations that enabled
end-to-end order processing and operational efficiency. This experience provided her with deep exposure to
high-volume transaction flows, system interoperability, and the operational backbone of e-commerce at scale.
RYANE ASKEW
Ryane Askew
Vice President, Marketing
Ryane is a seasoned and dynamic growth leader with over 15 years of experience delivering impactful growth
for globally recognized brands, including Amazon, Nordstrom, Blue Nile, JCPenney, Pier 1 Imports, and
Wyndham. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled high-performing teams across a variety of
functions, including marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and technology.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Ryane has a proven track record of building organizations from the
ground up. She consistently delivers measurable results and has been recognized for her leadership. At
Nordstrom, she was honored with the company’s most prestigious leadership award, the “Inverted Pyramid
Award,” for exemplifying Nordstrom’s culture of servant leadership, empowerment, and customer obsession. At
Pier 1 Imports, Ryane was instrumental in growing the brand’s ecommerce business from $0 to $200M in just
under two years, winning Internet Retailer’s 2015 “Comeback of the Year” award.
Outside of work, Ryane enjoys a wide range of hobbies including soccer, roller skating, karaoke, music, art,
and traveling. Although she has called Seattle home for the past seven years, she still embraces her Texas
roots, maintaining a strong affinity for the phrase “y’all” and claiming the title of Whataburger’s #1 fan.

ALY HABIB
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Aly Habib leads Product, Pricing, Brand, Creative, Customer Experience, and
Supply Chain at INDOCHINO. He is responsible for aligning product strategy, customer experience, operational
execution, and brand positioning to drive profitable growth and support the company's continued evolution as
the world's leading made-to-measure apparel brand.
Since joining INDOCHINO in 2016, Aly has held leadership roles across Customer Experience, Sales, Strategic
Partnerships, Product, and Operations. During his tenure, he has played a key role in helping scale the
business from fewer than 10 showrooms to nearly 100 locations across North America.
Prior to his current role, Aly led Strategic Partnerships and Experience, developing high-profile
collaborations across sports, entertainment, and hospitality. His work helped elevate brand awareness
through partnerships with major sports properties, leading hospitality brands, professional athletes, and
prominent entertainment organizations.
Before joining INDOCHINO, Aly spent nearly 14 years with RBC Royal Bank and Shaw Communications, holding
leadership roles in Customer Experience, Sales, Learning & Development, and Operational Performance.
SHAYNA GREEN
Shayna Green
Director, Retail Experience & Strategic Partnerships
As Director, Retail Experience & Strategic Partnerships, Shayna leads the brand experience and commercial
partnerships function at INDOCHINO, overseeing visual merchandising, store design, retail marketing, and all
corporate communications across the full North American showroom network.
Shayna joined INDOCHINO in 2015 and has held progressive leadership roles across the organization, building
deep expertise in both retail operations and commercial strategy. In her current role, she built up and
leads INDOCHINO’s corporate sales channel, growing the program to serve 100+ active accounts spanning
corporate sales teams and hospitality organizations across North America. Every media placement, press
release, and PR output for INDOCHINO over the past four years has been directed under her leadership, with
coverage secured in GQ, Forbes, and Business Insider.
Since joining INDOCHINO, Shayna has been an integral part of the brand’s retail growth, contributing to the
expansion and scaling of the showroom network across North America over the past decade. Prior to her
current role, she held progressive field leadership positions that spanned single-unit management,
multi-unit operations, and new market development, building the operational foundation that continues to
shape her approach to retail leadership today.
SCOTT GRIMSHAW
Scott Grimshaw
Retail Regional Director - East
Scott Grimshaw is a seasoned retail executive with more than 30 years of experience driving operational
excellence, business growth, and talent development across some of North America’s most recognized retail
brands. As Regional Director at INDOCHINO, responsible for overseeing retail operations for the Eastern
United States and Canada, Scott oversees multi-market operations, leading high-performing teams and
delivering sustainable growth through strategic leadership, customer-focused execution, and a strong
commitment to organizational culture.
Throughout his career, Scott has held senior leadership positions, including Vice President-level roles with
responsibility for up to 15 direct reports and oversight of businesses generating more than $400 million in
annual revenue. His expertise spans retail operations, field leadership, talent development, organizational
effectiveness, and profit-and-loss management. Known for building engaged teams and fostering
accountability, Scott has consistently delivered strong financial performance while creating exceptional
customer and employee experiences.
Prior to his current role, Scott spent over 27 years with Aeropostale, where he played an instrumental role
in the brand’s expansion and long-term success. During his tenure, he led large-scale operational
initiatives, developed future leaders, and cultivated a culture centered on performance, collaboration, and
growth. His leadership helped strengthen the organization’s field operations while creating opportunities
for countless associates to advance their careers.
Scott’s extensive retail experience also includes leadership roles across several nationally recognized
brands within the SPARC Group portfolio, including Brooks Brothers, Reebok, Nautica, Lucky Brand, and Eddie
Bauer. Across these organizations, he has successfully led transformational initiatives, optimized
operational performance, and built high-performing teams capable of delivering results in highly competitive
retail environments.
Respected for his people-first leadership approach, Scott is passionate about mentoring talent,

Retail Regional Director - West
Mario Guzman is a retail executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving sales growth,
operational excellence, and talent development across North America. As Regional Director at INDOCHINO, he
oversees the company’s Western U.S. business and all Canadian retail operations, leading a diverse portfolio
of showrooms focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, developing high-performing teams, and
driving sustainable growth. Since joining INDOCHINO in 2021, Mario has played a key role in expanding the
brand’s retail footprint, strengthening operational performance, and building a culture centered on
accountability, coaching, and customer excellence.
Known for his strategic mindset and people-first leadership approach, Mario specializes in aligning
operational discipline with exceptional customer experiences. His expertise spans retail operations, sales
leadership, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth. Prior to INDOCHINO, Mario
held
senior leadership roles with Brooks Brothers, Fifth & Pacific Companies, and American Eagle Outfitters,
where
he led multi-state organizations and built a reputation for developing talent, driving performance, and

SARFARAZ HUSSAIN
Sarfaraz Hussain
Senior Director, Finance
Sarfaraz Hussain is a results-driven finance executive with over 18 years of global experience spanning
North America, the Middle East, and Asia. As Senior Director of Finance at INDOCHINO, he leads financial
planning and analysis, accounting, and tax functions, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s
financial strategy and operational performance.
Sarfaraz brings extensive finance leadership experience across retail, financial services, and investment
banking, including five years with Big Four consulting firms. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief
Financial Officer of Saudi Finance Company, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where he scaled the
business to sustainable profitability. Earlier in his career, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst
&
Young, advising multinational corporations and private equity funds on tax strategy and cross-border
structuring.
A highly credentialed finance professional, Sarfaraz holds multiple qualifications: CPA (Australia), ACA
(Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), CMA (Institute of Management Accountants, USA), and a Master
of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is known for his data-driven approach to financial planning,
his ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, and his commitment to operational excellence in
fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
WILL KENDALL
Will Kendall
Director, Product & Brand
As Director of Product & Brand, Will Kendall leads the strategy and execution of INDOCHINO’s product vision
and brand identity, ensuring both are tightly aligned to deliver a customer experience that is precise and
intentional as the garments themselves.
Will brings well over a decade of menswear expertise to the role, with a career built at the intersection of
product, operations, and retail. He began his journey on the shop floor, developing a ground-level fluency
in
how custom clothing is sold and why it matters to the customer standing in front of you. That foundation
carried him through buying roles at INDOCHINO and Suitsupply, where he managed multi-million-dollar
categories, built vertically integrated supply chains, and developed the commercial instincts that now
inform
his approach to brand and product leadership.
Before returning to INDOCHINO, Will served as Head of Operations at H. Huntsman & Sons, the storied Savile
Row tailor, where he modernized the business without losing sight of what made it exceptional. He
restructured buying and production architecture, drove meaningful reductions in lead time, delivered
standout
year-over-year retail sales growth, and implemented the digital infrastructure that positioned the brand for
long-term scalability.
It is a rare leader who understands the full value chain from fabric sourcing to showroom floor, and Will is
one of them. His return to INDOCHINO marks a natural homecoming for someone whose career has always been
defined by a belief that product and brand are not separate conversations but one.
ALEC RAHIMI
Alec Rahimi
Director, Ecommerce & Omnichannel Experience
Alec Rahimi is INDOCHINO's Director of Ecommerce & Omnichannel Experience and brings more than 20 years of
experience leading digital commerce, customer experience, product strategy, and marketing transformation
initiatives across retail, direct-to-consumer, and enterprise organizations.
Throughout his career, Alec has led large-scale digital transformation and e-commerce modernization programs
for some of North America's leading brands, including Sobeys, Mercedes-Benz Canada, Staples B2B, and The
Beer
Store. His experience spans digital strategy, omnichannel customer experiences, platform modernization,
marketing technology, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Alec has built and led high-performing cross-functional and global teams across product management,
e-commerce, customer experience, technology, analytics, and marketing. He has helped organizations
accelerate growth, modernize digital capabilities, and deliver customer-centric experiences through
data-driven decision-making and innovation.
At INDOCHINO, Alec is responsible for advancing the company's e-commerce and omnichannel vision, creating
seamless experiences across digital and showroom channels while supporting continued growth and innovation.
Outside of work, Alec enjoys photography, travel, writing about technology, exploring how emerging
technologies, including AI, are reshaping customer experiences and the future of commerce, and spending time
with his family and his chocolate Lab, Jax.

Tarun Sanghvi
Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Tarun Sanghvi leads corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting for INDOCHINO's omnichannel retail
business. He is responsible for shaping the financial strategy that supports profitable growth, partnering
closely with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insight and strengthen the
company's continued evolution as the world's leading made-to-measure apparel brand. Since joining INDOCHINO,
Tarun has championed automation and process re-engineering initiatives that have sharpened forecast
accuracy,
accelerated planning cycles, and driven meaningful operational efficiencies across the business.
A senior finance leader with over 20 years of experience, Tarun has driven financial strategy, performance
optimization, and business transformation across North America, Europe, and Asia. His career spans
diversified industries—retail, banking, consulting, technology, travel, and manufacturing—including
leadership roles at Seaspan, Genpact (Coca-Cola Europe), BCD Travel, Citibank, and Hewlett Packard, where he
built a reputation for partnering with executive leaders to deliver sustainable, data-driven results.
Outside of work, Tarun is an avid sportsman who enjoys badminton, tennis, cricket, and hiking. He is deeply
committed to community service, volunteering his time and mentoring young children—reflecting his belief in
giving back and nurturing the next generation.

Dalton Smith
Director, Growth & Data Analytics
Dalton Smith leads performance analytics and business planning initiatives across the company. With more
than a decade of experience in finance, analytics, and growth strategy, he partners closely with executive
and functional leaders to provide insights that support revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance
the customer experience.
With a background spanning financial planning and analysis, growth strategy, and data analytics, Dalton
brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and analytical rigor to complex business challenges. His work
focuses on translating data into actionable insights, supporting forecasting and performance management
processes, and enabling informed decision-making across the business.
Prior to joining INDOCHINO, Dalton led FP&A within a high-growth consumer business, supporting business
performance, financial planning, and forecasting during a period of growth. Earlier in his career he worked
in corporate finance and analytics at Rogers Communications, gaining experience within one of Canada’s
largest telecommunications and media organizations.
Dalton began his career at BDO, where he earned his Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) designation and developed a
strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services. He is passionate about
leveraging analytics to solve complex business challenges and create sustainable business growth.
GIOVANNI SPATARO
Giovanni Spataro
Director, Retail Operations
Giovanni Spataro is a retail operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in operational
excellence, people-focused leadership, and building scalable retail organizations. As Director of
Operations,
he oversees day-to-day retail field operations with a focus on streamlining workflows and laying the right
foundation for long-term growth. Having transitioned into operations in 2025, Giovanni brings a distinctive
advantage — a deep background in retail leadership that informs how he approaches operational challenges
from
the ground up.
Known for balancing a people-first mindset with a sharp eye for efficiency, his expertise spans retail
operations, talent placement, organizational scaling, and driving performance across complex retail
environments. Prior to moving into operations, Giovanni held retail leadership roles with Club Monaco and
Tommy Hilfiger, where he built his reputation for developing teams and creating winning cultures. He remains
passionate about putting the right people in the right roles and translating strategic vision into
measurable
business results.
SUSAN SU
Susan Su
Director, Finance & Administration
As Director, Finance & Administration, Susan is responsible for leading the financial and human resource
operations in China at INDOCHINO. Susan has a strong sense of responsibility and is a highly motivated
finance and HR executive with over 25 years of experience in the consulting, beverage, and apparel
industries. She has a proven track record of achieving positive business results by developing all aspects
of
planning, execution, and compliance to support business growth in China.
She brings expertise in the areas of financial management, financial planning and analysis, cost management,
taxation management, human resources, and financial stability. Susan has a proven track record of
successfully delivering all financial results and motivating, leading, and training cross-functional teams
towards success.
Responsibilities in this role include overseeing the Finance & Accounting functions in China, preparing and
executing budgets, delivering financial services, maintaining the relationship with the China tax
department,
corporate governance, and human resource management.
Prior to INDOCHINO, Susan worked as the leader of the finance team at Accenture, Genpact, and ABInbev. She
holds the professional certificate of ACCA and a Bachelor's degree in business English from Dalian Foreign
Languages University.
CHRIS WATES
Chris Wates
Director, People & Culture
Chris Wates brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience to INDOCHINO. As a seasoned leader, he has
advanced knowledge and experience in all the functional areas of HR, with deep expertise in legal, labour
relations, training, and leadership development. Chris is committed to ensuring practical, business
solutions to INDOCHINO's people and workforce challenges.
Before joining INDOCHINO, Chris has
worked in many different industries for both large and medium sized companies. He was most recently VP of HR
at Primacorp Ventures, a diversified company operating in the education, real estate, and healthcare
industries. Before that he was the Sr. Director of HR at Allied Universal, in charge of HR for the Aviation
Division. He has also worked for Honeywell, and has previous experience in the retail industry from working
for Sleep Country Canada for 6 years.
Chris has a Master's of Business Administration from UBC,
and a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He lives in the Greater Vancouver
area with his family, and is an active participant in the community as a volunteer youth basketball coach
and volunteer facilitator with Junior Achievement BC.
SUMMER XIA
Summer Xia
Director, Production & Logistics
Summer Xia brings over 14 years of progressive experience in operations, production, and supply chain
management to INDOCHINO. Since joining the company in 2011 as a Quality Control specialist, she has
demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise, advancing through increasingly senior roles that
reflect continuous growth and a deep understanding of the business. Summer is committed to driving
efficiency, quality, and collaboration to support INDOCHINO's operational excellence and customer-focused
delivery.
Her career path with the organization includes serving as an Order Processing Team
Member in 2012, advancing to Team Leader in 2014, Operations Supervisor in 2016, Operations Manager in 2017,
and ultimately taking on the role of Director of Production & Logistics in 2020.
In her current
role, Summer oversees and schedules daily operations across merchandising and logistics departments. Her key
responsibilities include supplier evaluation and management, cost control and reduction initiatives, order
follow-up management, production oversight (including SLA control, quality control, and monthly revenue
tracking), logistics management (customs and shipment transactions), and the verification and reconciliation
of invoices.
She works closely with the sourcing team on new product development and collaborates
with customer service and showroom teams to provide operational insights and expertise.
She also
plays a central role in cross-departmental coordination, proactively communicating with various teams to
resolve issues related to samples, fabrics, and production matters.
