That's our Purpose here at INDOCHINO; it's what our product exists to accomplish, it's what we strive to do every day for our customers, it's even written in great big letters on the wall at our headquarters and in our showrooms.
But creating that calibre of confidence means more than just selling high quality custom apparel. That's why, through our numerous partnerships with organizations across the continent, we're working to help communities achieve the success they deserve. Our partnerships and their associated projects have generated over a hundred thousand dollars (and counting!) to put towards community development. You can find out more about them below.
SUIT IT FORWARD
When we’re not providing you with perfect fitting custom clothes, INDOCHINO partners with local nonprofits in our head office and showroom markets to provide work attire to those in need. Our primary focus: to nurture a culture of community in the areas where we do business by providing people with the tools they need for success. We’ve donated thousands of articles of clothing since we started, working with organizations such as:
FIGHTING PROSTATE CANCER
We partner annually with Prostate Cancer Canada (PCC) on a range of initiatives to help raise awareness of the disease and support funding for research. This has included partnering on and speaking at events such as Pants Off for Prostate Cancer, and acting as official suit supplier for PCC's Plaid for Dad 2019 campaign (if you haven’t heard, we have quite the collection of plaid fabrics).
OUR CORPORATE COMMUNITY
Our HQ and showroom teams participate in challenges and charitable programs throughout the year that help foster a sense of community within our workforce and allow employees to give back to underrepresented and underprivileged communities in the surrounding areas. Events like Step Up for Prostate Cancer had employees climbing skyscraper staircases around Vancouver and we turned our annual food drive for the Great Vancouver Food Bank into a team challenge for a spot of healthy competition.
We also proudly donate dozens of custom suits a year to well deserving organizations for raffles and auctions.
